By using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Our Services
By accessing our website and services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes.

• Provide accurate and complete information when required.

• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if we believe you are violating these Terms.

3. Purchases and Payments

• All payments for products, subscriptions, and services are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Wix Payments.

• By making a purchase, you agree that all charges are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases made before the modification.

• For any questions regarding returns, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

• Services that have already been rendered are non-refundable.

• If a package was purchased and time remains unused, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

• Digital products, including courses, programs, and exclusive content, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

• Tangible products, such as plants, hygiene items, fitness clothing, exercise equipment, and pet products, may be eligible for a return or exchange if they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost items once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any claims for damaged or lost items must be filed directly with the carrier.

• Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• On-Demand Video Rentals:

  • Individual videos can be rented for $2.97 per video.

  • The 72-hour streaming period begins once the transaction is completed.

  • On-demand videos are non-refundable once the rental period has begun.

  • Some on-demand videos may be included as part of certain subscription plans.

• Gift Cards:

  • Jisel Wellness eGift Cards are available for purchase in various denominations.

  • Gift cards can be used for any product or service available on our platform.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

  • The recipient must provide a valid email address for digital delivery of the gift card.

  • The sender is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the recipient’s details and the selected delivery date.

• Taxes & Compliance:

  • Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout where applicable.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Jisel Wellness is not responsible for additional fees imposed by local tax authorities or customs agencies.

4. Subscription Services
If you enroll in a recurring subscription:

• You will be billed automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, meaning you will retain access to your subscription benefits until that time.

• Refunds for subscriptions are granted at our discretion.

• Subscription benefits, including access to digital content, courses, coaching, and the following exclusive content, are only available with an active subscription. If canceled, access to these benefits will be revoked at the end of the billing cycle:

• Meditation Subscription: $9.97 per month.

• All Other Subscription Plans: Start at $14.97 per month.

• Prices for subscriptions may change, and any modifications will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the subscription after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

5. Loyalty & Referral Program

Jisel Wellness offers a loyalty program and a referral program that allow customers to earn points and redeem rewards. By participating, you agree to the following:

• Earning Points:

  • Sign up as a member: 5 points

  • Book a session: 12 points

  • Order a plan: 15 points

  • Purchase a product: 1 point per dollar spent

  • Refer a friend who makes a purchase: 10 points

• Redeeming Rewards:

  • 10% off One Store Product: 10 points = 10% off the lowest-priced item in cart

  • 20% off One Store Product: 25 points = 20% off the lowest-priced item in cart

  • 50% off 3 months of Meditation Subscription: 50 points = 50% off a specific plan

  • $50 off 24 Session Guided Training Package: 75 points = $50 off a specific plan

  • $100 off Over the Hump Plus Health Coach Package: 100 points = $100 off a specific plan

• Referral Program:

  • Existing customers can refer friends to Jisel Wellness.

  • When a referred friend makes their first purchase, the referring customer receives free shipping on their next order.

  • The referred friend receives 10 loyalty points after completing their first purchase.

  • Referral rewards are applied automatically and cannot be combined with other promotions.

• Additional Terms:

  • Loyalty points expire after 12 months from the date they are earned.

  • Loyalty and referral rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or resold.

  • Jisel Wellness reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty and referral program at any time without prior notice.

  • If a refund is issued for a transaction that earned points, the corresponding points will be deducted from the customer’s account. Customers can view their earned points and referral rewards in their account dashboard.

6. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Jisel Wellness is not liable for unauthorized access due to weak passwords or shared accounts.

• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Informal Resolution: If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution.

• Mediation & Arbitration: If a resolution cannot be reached informally, both parties agree to resolve disputes through mediation or binding arbitration rather than in court, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider.

• Cost Responsibility: Each party shall bear their own legal fees and costs associated with mediation or arbitration unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

• Legal Venue: If legal action is required, the jurisdiction and venue will be in Florida courts.

8. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jisel Wellness regarding the use of our website, services, and products. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written. No waiver, modification, or amendment of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Jisel Wellness.
