Introductory Call Our introductory call is a 15-20 minute session where we’ll explore your goals, discuss your needs, and find the perfect coaching or training package for you. Don’t wait—schedule your introductory call today! The $20 fee for this call will be credited towards any Health Coaching or Personal Training packages if you choose to move forward with us. If you decide not to proceed, the fee is non-refundable.
